Our dream became reality when we were introduced to the concept developed by Roll-A-Cover after a year and a half of being told it was an impossible!  But this story soon became a “two-part” success story with Roll-A-Cover and its expert team, quickly and efficiently coming to our rescue! When we initially began our quest we wanted a room enclosure that allowed us the use of the sun and open air during the summer, but also the opportunity to use the pool year-round. Most companies we spoke with said it would be impossible because we live in New Hampshire; we would need to build solid walls with only the roof that would open during the summer and sliders!  We were introduced to the innovative concept of Roll-A-Cover through our pool company; we quickly contacted them and ball got rolling.  Mike Lightfoot was at our home within the next week, the plans we presented that we had customized presented no problem.  Mike even diagnosed and remedied some challenges presented within minutes.  Dennis Martins assisted in the design of a vestibule that attached to the house then the pool room and even added up grades that made a world of difference with proper air flow and room temperature, something we never thought of. The day of installation, the team arrived and worked together like “finely tuned machine.”  Our dream became reality…winter vacations in our own back yard, Christmas parties, family gathers, the DeGrappo’s is the place to be because of Roll-A-Cover and the year-round use of our pool and more...a gorgeous room! Then just this year, two weeks before Thanksgiving, a 100+ foot oak tree fell onto our dream room during a wind storm.  All it took was a quick call that afternoon to Mike Morris to get the ball rolling again!  He was at our home the beginning of the next week and then again two weeks later, with no hesitation, when the insurance agent wanted to meet with him. He was our saving grace. He communicated with such expertise about the damage and needs to get the job done right and we walked away with the insurance agent in agreement and a plan “on the spot!” Mike had indicated it would take 6-8 weeks for completion but yet again the Roll-A-Cover Team rose to the occasion and had the job completed in 4 weeks!  Even though there was a huge snag with the insurance check and the bank, Mike was amazing. He came to our rescue and completed the job without the money in hand! I can’t begin to think of ANY company that would do that in this day in age!  Mike sent his “finely tuned team” again, to our home to fix our dream room and they did so on a day that was 30*.  Our dream room, vacation spot, gathering hole and more is once again restored like new!  Thanks to Mike Morris and the wonderful Roll-A-Cover Team for their integrity, devotion, commitment and pride in their product and service can not be adequately expressed in words.  We can not even begin to thank them for the joy we have received, and our appreciation for their care since we began the project on day one, round two and the use of pool house ever since. It truly is our Dream come true twice that never would have without Mike and his team at Roll-A- Cover. Thanks Guys! You’re the Best!
